

A small boardroom, classroom, the Lower and Upper Foyer areas and rooftop garden can be hired for a variety of functions including book launches, meetings and workshops accommodating up to 150 people.
The Lower Foyer has its entrance from the corner of Trafalgar and Hardy Streets. Toilets are easily accessible. The Lower Foyer adjoins the Lower Gallery and retail shop areas.
The Upper Foyer is accessed via the stairwell or lift from the Lower Foyer area. Toilets are easily accessible. The Upper Foyer opens onto the rooftop garden and adjoins the classroom and Upper Gallery areas. There is audio-visual equipment available.
The classroom is located on the upper floor via stairwell or lift, and is equipped with whiteboards, tables, chairs and sink bench. this room can accomdate up to 35 people.
The boardroom is also located on the upper floor and is equipped with large tables and chairs to seat 12 people comfortably. This room has a whiteboard, a kitchenette and opens directly onto the rooftop garden through bi-fold doors.
Availability of all areas is dependant on the Museum's exhibition and education programme. Audio-visual equipment is available. Venue hire charges apply. All areas have wheelchair access.
